David Jusu's journey spans Sierra Leone to Nigeria and the United States, molding him into a well-rounded global citizen. David holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University in Geneva, Switzerland, where his educational foundation complements his dynamic personality.
While in Geneva, he ventured into the retail scene as an entrepreneur, showcasing his knack for innovation and market insights. David's worldliness, combined with his real-world experience, defines his approach to leadership at the farm.
David's dedication and practicality paint a picture of a leader who bridges tradition and modernity, rooted in the values of sustainability and innovation. His path embodies intelligence and adaptability, fueling the farm's journey toward a thriving future.
Jane Jusu- Inyang

Jane Jusu-Inyang brings her global human resources perspective with a seven-year field journey. Born in Sierra Leone and having lived in Nigeria, her diverse experiences enrich her practical expertise.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a minor in Public Health from Rutgers University. Jane’s academic foundation complements her worldly insights.
Her roles across various sectors showcase adaptability and prowess, underscoring the critical role HR plays in organizations. Jane’s passion for nurturing healthy workplaces aligns with our commitment to ethical labor practices.
